Atm8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the atm8 platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the atm8 platform in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By registering an account or using atm8's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the atm8 platform.

To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age permitted under your local laws, whichever is higher.
Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Not be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from using online betting services.
Register using information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Atm8 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to refuse or terminate access to any user who does not meet the above requirements.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the atm8 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, an active email address, a reachable phone number, and any other information requested.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. atm8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities carried out on their account comply with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
Attempting to disrupt, damage, or manipulate the platform's systems or software.
Sharing or transferring your account to a third party.
Using automated software, bots, or other methods to access the platform without authorisation.
Disclosing another user's personal information without their consent.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the atm8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and major online banking options such as Maybank and CIMB. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time at the platform's discretion.

Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. For deposit delay issues, users are advised to contact customer support with clear proof of transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the approved payment method and must fulfil the required identity verification criteria. atm8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request. Processing times may take between one and three business days depending on the method selected.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment account details entered are accurate. atm8 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.

4. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform Liability Limits

The atm8 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the stability, accuracy, or continuous availability of our services. atm8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party actions beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the atm8 platform — including but not limited to design, logos, text, images, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of atm8 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from atm8. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links

The atm8 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. These links are provided for reference purposes only, and atm8 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Use of any third-party website is at the user's own risk and subject to that site's terms and conditions.

5. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Atm8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

The user has violated any terms set out in this document.
Information provided during registration is false or misleading.
Suspected fraudulent activity, hacking, or money laundering is detected.
The user is found not to meet the age or residency eligibility requirements.
Account left inactive for an extended period with no activity.

In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email. Any valid remaining balance in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be returned to the user after the required verification process has been completed.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the atm8 customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within three business days once all pending transactions have been settled.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Atm8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the atm8 platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
